Simplified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a self help tool that can be facilitated and taught by an SEFT certified practitioner.
In my professional experience, it is one of the most valuable tools for self growth and self management available today.
SEFT, a "simplified" form of EFT, retains the powerful possibilities of personal change of EFT while being an easier method to facilitate and to successfully transfer to others for their ongoing use as a self help tool.
The focus of this service is to work together as client and practitioner using SEFT to:

*Enhance peace in your life by relief from anxiety, stress, and common fears

She has professional training as well as much life experience. For her formal training Karen has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, with over 19 years experience as a licensed therapist in all.
She has found Simplified EFT the most effective tool for making progress toward personal goals and achievements as well as overcoming emotional baggage, the kind we generally think of as being our baggage forever.
